Our clinic is located on the second floor of the Spaces workspace complex in Baker Street. Unfortunately, direct access to the offices on site are restricted to the pubic and you will only be shown up to the clinic, once the clinician on duty is ready to see you.
If you are coming to the clinic for the first time, please read and follow these instructions to help ensure that your visit to our facility goes as smoothly as possible:
- On the ground floor of 83 Baker Street, you will find the reception desk in the middle of the foyer.
- Upon arrival, please go to the reception area and inform the reception team that you are attending an appointment with the Evolution Rehab Clinic.
- The reception team will send a message to the clinic to inform us that you have arrived, and please grab a seat.
- The reception team will guide you into the main part of the building once the clinician on duty is ready to see you.
- Upon going through the security doors from the reception lobby, the lifts to get to the clinic on the 2nd floor will be on your left hand side.
- Please take the lift to the 2nd floor of the building, and one of our team will be ready to meet you at the entrance to the lifts on the 2nd floor.
- The clinician will take you to the bathroom to allow you to wash your hands prior to your appointment.
- In the situation where you find yourself without the on duty clinician to meet you, turn left out of the foyer for the lifts and pass through two sets of doors.
- As you go through the second set of doors, turn left and the clinic will be the office located directly in front of you. You should be able to recognise the clinic as the room will be marked number 201.
Your first treatment with one of our team will include a medical consultation and a physical examination in order to effectively assess your treatment needs moving forwards. During your initial consultation, depending upon the needs your therapists has identified for you, you will normally be provided with some treatment, and/or you will be taken through a guided plan for what needs to be undertaken in order to help you fully recover.
Your treatment plan will include short term to long term stages of rehabilitation and within that process, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions related to treatment, discuss your treatment goals and clarify the expected length of time it will take for you to recover.
You may be expected to dress down for your physical examination, so it is recommended for you to either wear suitable underwear or to please bring with you a pair of shorts and vest/sports bra.
