How we treat

Sleep is an often overlooked and extremely undervalued aspect of health. It is important to highlight that lack of sleep and persistent poor quality sleep can have an incredibly negative impact upon your health; with a host of negative symptoms (including fatigue, loss of memory retention, symptoms of depression and poor concentration) and a significantly increased risk to your health of a variety of possible chronic diseases (including heart disease, Type II diabetes, cancer and dementia).

The sleep clinic at Evolution Rehab serves to provide help for people who have difficulty getting consistently good quality sleep for their long term health, with the the treatment involving a combination of manual therapy, lifestyle medicine, sleep hygiene education, self-empowerment and mindful exercise education.
