Raymond was recommended to me by a friend who is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. His treatment has been amazing, and the rehabilitation exercises we have been doing are invaluable. He has so much experience and his approach to movement is second to none.

From the first visit, I felt that I was in the right place. Raymond gives you a comprehensive path to finding a solution and not just short-term relief for your pain.

Ray has helped me achieve significantly more understanding of my injuries, causes and route to fixing them. Ray’s knowledge and sensible approach to programming is a significant steep change in quality from the treatment that I have received before. –

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day, teach him to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life. The latter sums up Evolution Rehab’s practice perfectly. Not only have I not had a relapse of my injury since undergoing treatment, but by applying Ray’s principled approach to my rehab, I have gained so much more control and awareness over different areas of my body.

Having developed plantar fasciitis running three years ago and having seen three physios, two foot surgeons, three podiatrists, two alternative therapists and an osteopath to relieve the pain without success, I had begun to accept that this might be a pain I would have to live with for the rest of my life. In desperation I visited Raymond and I cannot praise him enough. He was the first health professional I had met who treated me as an entire person rather than just focusing on a discrete set of symptoms. In addition to relieving the pain, Raymond’s primary focus was on key exercises to strengthen muscles that hadn’t been used properly since the injury as well as retrain the neuromuscular pathways to ensure that I was permanently pain free rather than simply relieving the pain in the short term.
