How we treat
Osteopathy is a system of healthcare where it is believed that poor alignment of the body’s musculoskeletal structures is not only responsible for possible pain in our joints and muscles but may also be influential in the affliction of certain health-related problems.
Osteopathy treats a variety of common joint, muscle and nerve conditions in all parts of the body, although most people think of Osteopaths as mainly specialists for low back pain.
It is a form of manual therapy which uses a wide range of techniques including touch, massage, stretching, body mobilisation and joint manipulation.
At Evolution Rehab, our unique interpretation of Osteopathic principles is coupled with the latest medical research into areas of pain science, biomechanics, lifestyle medicine and exercise rehabilitation to provide you with a process of healing which will get you stronger and more resilient than before you were injured!

Over the last ten years, I have gone to five physiotherapists, two chiropractors and two osteopaths, all of which helped for a short time, but the old aches and weaknesses inevitably came back. I have been seeing the Evolution Rehab Team for just over a year and they have done the impossible! They have enabled my joints and muscles to re-learn how they should be working, and I cannot emphasise the change I have seen since starting

I developed plantar fasciitis running three years ago, and I was at risk of losing the little toe on my left foot which had also gone black! Having seen three physiotherapists, two foot surgeons, three podiatrists, two alternative therapists and an osteopath, nothing had helped! Within two months, Raymond and the Evolution Rehab team saved my foot and my little toe!
