Concept
By the time we mature into adulthood, the messages that are provided to us in terms of how to live a fit and healthy life are pretty consistent. Ask anyone off the street for a short list of the things that we should be doing to stay healthy, and the list will generally revolve around; eating healthily, exercising regularly, taking time to relax and not drinking too much alcohol.
With the advent of mobile technology, social media and the internet, the message of the various ways in which to improve our health are continually thrown at us, in one form or another, upon a daily basis. In spite of the abundance of information that regularly floods our senses, the result is that western society continues to slowly decline into a state of worsening health.
It’s not so much that people don’t care about their health! It is more a result of the fact that our available time outside of work and family commitments seem to be ever decreasing, and any commitment to our health is being left behind! This situation is a constant challenge to all of us within modern living, and for most of us, our busy daily demands often leave little time and energy for anything else!
So, our reason for why this Programme was developed, is to provide you guidance and a positive path towards helping you create your very own personalised sustainable health and fitness plan that is practical, adaptable and can be effectively slotted into your life without a huge disruption!

You may be expected to dress down for your physical examination, so it is recommended for you to either wear suitable underwear or to please bring with you a pair of shorts and vest/sports bra.
